Procedure on the stage
Ken calls everybody’s name and nationality in Japanese.
Please say, YES, in English.
The first person walks to the mark (white tape) on the stage.
Turn right and face to the officers (the flag).
Give a slight bow to the flag.
Next person walks to the standing first person (make 30 centimeters space).
Do the same.
When all members stand on the stage, everyone bows to the flag together (Ken gives you a sign Bow to the flag together.)
Dan steps several paces to the chairman (presenter, Mr. Nadamoto) (Ken gives you a sign Dan, go ahead, please.)
When Dan comes back, everyone bows to the flag and turns around (right-about-face) to the audience (Ken gives you a sign Bow to the flag and turn around to the audience, please.)
Bow to the audience together (Ken gives you a sign Bow to the audience, please.)

After Ken’s interview, bow to the audience together (Ken gives you a sign Bow to the audience together, please.)
Turn right and leave for the wings (Ken gives you a sign Everybody, turn right and leave for the wings, please.)
