Abacus course for foreigners

Calculation on the abacus course for the foreigner' of the volunteer abacus guidance course in only English caught one's eye for 23 years in Japan that started aiming at "It asked the intelligentsia in approval of the existence of calculation on the abacus with a long history or no or various foreign countries" in the age of a modern versatile science and technology in June, 1986 this year.
